Jeremy is a New Zealand composer and sound designer. He began composing at the age of 9, has an Honours degree in Music Composition and is also a classically trained pianist.
His music and sound editing work has been featured in numerous films, TV shows, commercials, games and theatre projects. He also teaches film music and sound design at the New Zealand Film and Television School.
Recent projects include music editing for The Hobbit, recording dialogue for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, composing original music for the special features in the extended edition of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, composing music for the Booktrack app The Priest, The Witch and the Poltergeist, editing the music of Nick Cave for the film West of Memphis (produced by Peter Jackson), and scoring the horror film Blackspot, which won Best International Thriller at the New York Independent Film and Video Festival.
